The data in this fact book was produced by Office of Institutional Research and Planning between December 2009 and January 2010.

The primary source of data was from the SchoolMinder Student Information system, supplemented with data provided by Human Resources Office, Office of Admissions and survey results where appropriate.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data, it is possible that minor errors do exist due to the limitations of our Information Systems. Data was extracted from MS Access based system and passed through several MS Visual FoxPro queries to produce the final analysis tables.
