MIMRA Senior Observers covered instructions in COVID 19 Protocols with MOHHS Nurse Peter Jacob Dela Cruz. The protocols covered proper hand washing and drying, wearing of gloves and taking them off, donning of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper disposal of the equipment. The Senior Observers learned a lot. They can now relate this to their work on Purse Seine and Long Line boats. They can now have a clear picture of how to keep safe and what to expect if COVID 19 is present. The training took place yesterday, Monday June 21, 2021 in the afternoon.
